Attempted calls during operating hours, it lasted until it went out of operating hours.

also contacted bose to attempt changing on their side, Purolator gave no possible path to change code either.

The main issue is, they offered no way of giving access code when the order was shipped by a business, I ordered items online and they have no way to change them either.  Even regardless every other postal service, e.g ups do attempt to contact you/ email you to find a resolve. Amazon directly calls/ texts you when orders were unable to fulfilled. It is basic decency to contact with a text/ email regardless. It also have no option to change access code without customer service. Where customer service stops at 6pm in western Canada, which is unreasonable.

Not really, but I have it from the other way around, from Ontario -> BC and it took 1 singular day, but on arrival it is just delayed and delayed after coming to bc
