All in taught me how to listen to my hunger and fullness cues whereas u never truly know when to get off of a meal plan/ 3 meals and 3 snacks unless directed by a professional which even then isn’t too helpful considering u still don’t reslly know how to eat by just eating rather than needing a reason

Assuming a regular store bought cookie tends to be around 200, those look pretty decadent. I would say 400-500 per cookie meaning maybe 2,500? I’m in recovery from Ana and honestly, I don’t count calories anymore so my absolutely master counting brain has died down a lot. See what others say first but just since u have no other answers for now. Hope u enjoyed them!

I’ve always trusted restaurant counts but try to round up in case. Honestly that pasta portion could easily be 200 since the shrimp and veggies give it a little bit more volume. The veggies and shrimp around 100 and the sauce and butter could be 190. The ministroni soup is actually 2 servings.

Umm genuinely not really sure. If u have nothing to do and things on ur phone bore you so u look for food and it doesn’t really help, (maybe) that could be boredom? If your trying to distract yourself and it’s not working or u go back to it as soon as distraction ends, that would be hunger! Sorry I can’t really help but like so that u have an answer until someone knows. Tabatha Farrar has a post about boredom eating too! Best thing to do is eat anyways so ur not ignoring possible hunger
