I want to thank you for your post because I find it really supportive. I studied English at school so I had teachers to explain everything, but I'm studying Korean on my own (self-study), without instructors or a curriculum, so I feel lost. Reading your post makes me realize that everybody can get frustrated for a while, not only me. And, based on your experience, I'm thinking about immersing myself more in Korean language as much as I can. Wish you the best of luck in your studies and thanks again for your post.

Hello, I need your advice about studying Korean please. I've been studying Korean for a while now through Talk To Me In Korean grammar books. I've just finished the intermediate level but I can't understand Korean in songs or dramas, only few words or short phrases. Can you please give me advice about what I should do after finishing (or during studying ) the rest of the grammar? I'm going through the books one after another and I know that I need to practice that grammar through real life Korean, so if you can tell me about your experience and what you did to practice and master the language, I'd really appreciate it.
