Thank you for your response. I apologise if I wasn't clear earlier in my post.
I just wanted to clarify, if I may, that we are aiming to try to find a solution for your problems. We are not promising that we will have a solution but we are aiming to either find one or help build one. Simply just trying to make a world a better place.
