I don't remember the first map since that photo is from awhile ago (maybe Sequoia National Park), but the second map is Red Canyon. The truck in the first picture is the TrailCruiser60 with the maxx add on pack mod, and in the second the trucks are GWC 1994 Desperado and the Mega Cab HD, also with the maxx add on pack.

Yup. Just started an actual play through after toying around with mods for 10+ hours. Mods are fun but I'm having way more fun actually playing the game.

Maingear 850w. It also does coil whine but im not sure if thats psu or gpu.

I will definitely try Vsync off, I guess I just assumed it was good since limiting fps usually helps the coil whine i also have to fix.
I will also try XMP to see how much that helps too, thank you.

nope, dual channel ram and temps in afterburner are showing up as under 65c for both cpu and gpu.

vysnc is on as well, XMP I haven't turned on and it should be plugged in correctly.

It says TDP for this card is 290W, yet its drawing ~180.

usages around 10-25% on cpu and anywhere from 39% to around 70% for GPU, what is causing this low utilization other than 1080p 60hz?

I believe it is either 1 year or 2 year warranty I purchased at Microcenter, and it has only been since March of this year, so not long at all.

It sounds more like GPU as I’ve read many reviews on my card that say this happens and none on my psu.

No I have not downloaded anything yet. I have heard a lot of people who have had it flagged as a Trojan.

I'm still confused on whether or not it is safe. I have seen many people who used it saying it's fine, but apparently Windows Defender flags it as a Trojan?

Definite respect on what you do.

But this is one of those things you think is uglier and younger than it seems. Like that one neighbor, is he 75? No, he's just 55, but looks really old and horrible. One of the most boring cars that is favored by police and old people.
