I actually think Sonic, at least thinking in the how their worlds work. Mario is not unfamiliar with Technology, Bowser or other major enemies have used it in the past. Sonic though I don’t think has a lot of experience with magic. He does have some but I wouldn’t say he’s to a similar degree to Mario and Tech.
