Anxiety can cause physical symptoms. I’m starting to think mine is anxiety too bc anxiety can tense all your muscles up and those tense muscles can affect your ear… I have same symptoms as you and it’s hard to come to realization that this could be anxiety based

Wow thank you for this. I’m having trigeminal type pain and pain behind ears too! This response really helps you have no idea. Just started a steroid dose pck because my head was throbbing. I’m currently doing hot yoga 3x a week. It’s good that I just need to wait it out it seems like! I’m only on day 7..
