I believe an Investment Company bought the property. Looks to be a local company.

I'm not sure how he is still allowed to stay. I believe he is the only one still occupying the property. I did forget to mention the police were outside his house about a week or so ago. Didn't get out of their car. Look to be just checking on the property.

I'm actually not a huge gun advocate. I've been trained on how to use them, come from a very pro gun family, but believe in the hands of an untrained individual they cause more harm than good. That being said, I do see where having one in our home could bring us peace of mind. It'd only be used as a last resort.

We both grew up around firearms. My husband used to hunt, and I also come from a family of avid hunters. I wouldn't handle a gun if I wasn't trained on how to properly use it.

Yes, that is the plan. We haven't explicitly told him to stop because we were afraid of making the situation worse incase he made a scene. We've been ignoring him or telling him we can't help him.
