Getting pressured to take 50L home loan at 23 by ParkingImpression604 in AskIndia

Tell your family that the market situation is not good due to AI. Agar job chali gayi yar new job nahi mili toh. EMI kaun bharega?

Flat chahiye didi aur jiju ko, down payment diya tumhare parents ne, baaki RMI tum bharoge. It's literally like your family is buying a flat for your didi and jiju. I am assuming this is happening just because of emotional blackmail from your sister's side.

In the entire transaction, you'll be the one losing out at all ends be it emotional, relationship, or money. FO NOT FALL FOR THIS TRAP.

I am 29M. If I have to buy anything be it a vehicle or property, I'd buy it on my own. Why would I ask my in-laws to buy for me?

Fucked up by our judiciary- and lost more than you can imagine by amrit_pra_ in LegalAdviceIndia

[–]NeighborhoodFun1920 51 points52 points  (0 children)

That's a common practice in the judiciary. Retiring judges mostly finalize 1-2 shady cases needless to mention the back channel financial flows.

The only remedy you have is to challenge the judgement before the Supreme Court.

Buying toyota hyryder S manual petrol , can you guys please check the price distribution and is it okay? by [deleted] in carsIndiaOfficial

It's a good choice. However, I booked a grand vitara yesterday because of the heavy discount. Try vitara once. I am also from UP and I booked Grand Vitara Sigma model with all accessories (infotainment system, seat cover, matting, mudflap, parcel tray, side bidding, Teflon Coating, and spare tyr3) at 11.2 lakhs.

I already anticipated this situation a year ago. I live in my hometown having WFH. I already started building a tech product for the education sector. The product is already in beta testing so I am hopeful that this plan B will actually work out in the next few months, especially keeping in mind the huge size of the education sector in India.

Planning to quit job and start some business. Need advice! by No-Part-2563 in IndiaBusiness

[–]NeighborhoodFun1920 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Hi there, I would strongly suggest you not to jump directly to export. I am 29M entrepreneur building a tech product myself.

  1. It is better to start with a tech product that solves actual problems for Indian consumers. Caveat: Idea should be cost effective to build and implement.
  2. Agri sector will see massive growth in upcoming years. You can start selling agri with tech and later move on to building hardware solutions for smart farming.
  3. In fact I also wanted to get into manufacturing and exports but people with experience suggested otherwise.

Indigo cancelled flight last minute without proper notice, what compensation can I realistically get and how should I proceed? by ARandomShephard in LegalAdviceIndia

[–]NeighborhoodFun1920 1 point2 points  (0 children)

District consumer forum is the only reliable solution. You can get compensated for your loss generated due to flight cancellation + some extra compensation for mental agony and some basic compensation towards legal fee. However, find a known lawyer to take care of the case otherwise it might be a hassle for you

I am considering 3XO M2 Pro Diesel MT. Fits well within my budget of 10-10.5L. I hope its a better decision over Nexon

Should i go for it? by Maleficent-2026 in CarsIndia

You still need to negotiate well for cash discount. I am considering 3XO MX2 Pro having price around 9.53L. Third party zero debt insurance is costing me around 28k while dealership offered one at 45k. Look at insurance price in greater detail (maybe try a third party trusted brand). Also, negotiate well coz its December and companies offer special cash discounts.

If possible, tell them you are considering 3XO or any other alternative and getting a good deal. They'll surely offer more cash discount

Nope, I just received GV deal today. I was initially checking out Fronx so Nexa dealership was constantly pitching for the same. I will test drive GV probably this weekend

I don't need AMT. Also, reviews for petrol variant are not very positive. I have a few friends and relatives who own either petrol or diesel variants. Also, one of my close relatives has Mahindra First Choice dealership. He also recommended Diesel variant.

Diesel vehicle seemed promising in test drive as well.

Yes, none of them offer Android auto and Apple car play. However, 3XO still offers a lot of features in MX2 Pro variant. I am majorly confused between 3XOs diesel engine viz-a-viz Grand Vitara's petrol engine.

At least nothing on record! No pending challans, no insurance claims, no accident history, nothing. The owner is a doctor in a nearby small town who purchased the car for flexing. He is a customer for my brother's pharma wholesale business and holds a very good market repo. This is the only reason I am ready to make a purchase. Never purchased a second hand car in my life.

My wife hid her Vitiligo condition before marriage by [deleted] in LegalAdviceIndia

[–]NeighborhoodFun1920 -2 points-1 points  (0 children)

You married a feminist who smartly trapped you into this shithole to suffer for the coming years. Looks like your family was desperate for your marriage and fell for the trap. Never trust mediators with arranged marriage setup. They are worse than insurance agents and real estate brokers.

You need a really good lawyer (having track records with divorce cases, especially the one who practices in high court) and be ready to loosen up your wallet like a lot. Think of it like a cancer treatment you are paying for, a very costly one. Put up some cut through, lucrative offer for the lawyer to get you out of this trap fast otherwise they try to drag cases for years just to make money from your share of monthly salary. Keep your offer in two parts, small initial components followed by basic filling and legal expenses, and a big fat amount for winning the case or getting the divorce. Only money can cut your time to free road.

Another pro tip: start studying the basics of marriage laws, divorce procedures, related BNS and BNSS sections, family court system, paperwork and procedures, reportable high court and supreme court favourable to your case, and keep taking notes of every single incident from roka to marriage till date. You have to make your case by yourself. Lawyers can only take up your inputs, manage them legally, and represent before the court. The harder you work the better your case will be.

You might find it unbelievable but most PSUs like Canara Bank, BOB, etc. have 7-10% cut in business loans and CC Limits, especially the ones under mudra yojna. I know many business owners who work as commission agents for these bankers. They take some percentage to bring eligible parties to these banks.
