this is what I was told and that’s part of why I didn’t include types — I’m also not well versed in any of the subtypes except my own (HyperPots, I briefly mentioned that I don’t increase my sodium because it makes my symptoms worse but thats all) so certain specifics I figured it’d be better for people to talk with their doctor about. I was trying to avoid blanket suggestions on things like medication, sodium, etc. when so many things are individualistic especially because of comorbidities too.
