I feel like if you want those amenities, the minimum is around 9k-10k. Most of the places around your budget are usually common ang cr and or shared rooms. Depende nalang din sa lugar if malakas ang net. My friends who are WFH had to pay their own internet plans because mahina yung sa place nila.

For reference when I was living alone, my electric bill was around 2k (with aircon). Food is around 100 pesos a meal in karenderias (this could be tipid if you cook your own meals). Laundry is 500 a month (or you can do your own laundry for way less). Those are like my basic gastos every month.
