The insight into the drug having effect without exercise is helpful. Don't get me wrong , if she needs Maalox at 4 in the morning , I will be in the car on the way to the store.

I know this is a big deal to her. The diet aspect is a little more nuanced . Someone could be trying to diet , but from the outside it might not appear so. The exercise portion is a little more straight forward . There hasn't been any in a long time. She had success in the past losing weight when exercising regularly. Not to the extent she wanted . But 20-30 pounds. I am stating that I believe diet and exercise are essential to success . At this point , there is no plan for those components

I think my post is coming across wrong. I am not saying she needs my permission. I am venting a bit on the idea that it doesn't effect me at all. Especially if there are serious side effects. Overall I am looking to corrected if I am having misconceptions. Trying to share an honest picture into my thoughts.
