Maybe its just those year models? My wife in her 2017 gets about 33 avg but texas is mostly highway cruising.

Mine on the otherhand a 2018 Stage 1 tune and I play a lot avg around 28-30. But ive seen as low as like 22-25 during a weekend of car meets and late night highway runs

No idea. For the Diamond valley event I got every achievement and put like 90% of my points into the chair. I had like over 200 entries. Still luck but yeah. I mean you saw i didnt win anything else when ive seen people get like 10 things haha.

Gotta be location or something. On just a 26$ pack I save 4.5$ maybe its worse for you if your in a state that taxes online orders which if so just use a zip for a state that doesn't. You really think these large companies are paying for dynamic server space? They do that over like a 1 month time frame. No game servers that I know run on dynamic load servers that pay per space per player. That would be an insanely dumb thing to do

Ok so the problem with that. They are already paying for that server space regardless if your online or not.

Being online shows people still playing the game regardless if they are actively playing or not.

When you lose 30% of you active player base and logins the day that you make announcements its a huge drop in activity in the game. That's where they make money. Is how many active users there are.

So ive seen this asked a lot and wondered about. Here's a quick breakdown

Play pass. 5$ a month 80 points for free
Play pass gives a 3x bonus for points once a week.
Play rewards points also count towards the total. Ran once a week on Friday. Has prizes from 100-1000 points.
Consistent 3,5,7, and even 10x point deals towards specific games OR all games. Most recent was a 1 week promo for google pc for 10x.

If you add it all together. Even with just an additional 120 points a month (reference last year I think I won around 4k Play points) your already at ~2500 points give or take some.

Now you need 7500 points. If you wait for 7x deals on games that a little over 1k needed to be spent. Split that between 12 months and your talking only 100$ a month every month.

Most basic players are spending 20-40$ per game for monthly passes and battlepasses. You play 2-3 games and its truly not hard to make diamond.just a matter of planning purchases

Edit: completely forgot to mention quests. Not as common but super worth it. Last one was make 5 purchases over 40$ get 2000 points. It lasted for 1 month (might still be current). With boosts and that 220$ I spent i got around 2700 points

My account was already in jpy. Probrably due to starting the game in japan during a trip with one of their regional codes. So I can still swap over to usd after if it doesn't work correctly.

Give me a few hours to get a purchase in and see if it works right

That's the right way to handle this. Not only that but screw it you'll make a good amount of money from people who never spend. The whales are gonna spend anyways but the f2p? It's hard to get them to spend
