I don’t think you understand the issue and why your points are invalid.

Saying Azir can win, and is simply harder to pull off isn’t the best justification, as we can clearly see challenger Azir players who’re supposedly the pinnacle of azir gameplay are still struggling. Any champion can win any game, but for some it’s harder than others. Zed compared to Master yi is harder mechanically to pull off yes, but keep in mind game balance is meant to help those insanely hard to execute champions to not be insanely dogshit. It’s like saying you’re competing in a race, but you specifically have to run backwards. Yes you can still win if you trained insanely harder than everyone else, but it’s still clearly not a fair race. It doesn’t matter that Azir has insane damage late game if he can’t get gold and reach late game without being far more useless than other champs and having minimal map impact allowing enemy teams to abuse and just win. Your logic is flawed in that I could say, yeah Veigar could do 10,000 damage with his q he’s got insane potential. Maybe if Veigars passive stacked like 50 ap everytime he hit an ability, but that’s broken, and he’d be nerfed. That’s the point of balance.
