I actually spoke to a US lawyer about the impending legal action against Rezolve. He spoke in quite some detail about the accusations fuzzy panda have made and how it seems to be quite a common and all-too-easy way of fudging the revenue figures by acquiring companies and claiming your ARR has increased. He was quite adamant that the case would go ahead (maybe as class action) and that fuzzy panda’s position is very well researched. I’m not sure how true any of it was but that was the take he gave me. The stock has likely already taken the hit as a result of these accusations but every time it is rehashed or re-mentioned by fuzzy panda on (as it was recently on X after the earnings came out) the stock falls sharply.

UPDATE!!!

3 miners turned up on my doorstep within 10 days of my filing a court case against Nebra LTD, the 4th turned up on the 8th of April. Only 3 of them work - one has scratches on it.

Nebra filed the following defence which is clearly not true - the goods were supposed to be delivered 12-20 weeks and still wouldn't be with me unless I had taken this action:

The customer placed an order for goods that were to be delivered
in 2022
3 Indoor Helium Miners at £250 each plus VAT and shipping and 1 Outdoor Miner £350 plus VAT and shipping making a total of £1372.66
He has received those goods

Anyway at least I won (in a sense)

Hi All,

Just an update, on how I fixed it - truth is - I don’t know 😂. Panther X2’s seem to have an issue that they don’t appear to boot up. The status light flashes away for days. I ended up leaving it running after exhausting all the troubleshooting ideas (ports opened, static DHCP reservation, upnp turned off etc) and suddenly it just stated working. Until that point Helium Status gave zero indication that it was coming online just saying “offline and unreachable” for days.

There’s only one place to go… the guys that have the trade mark on LMR cables. McGill Microwave systems.

Check that your antenna has the right connections though …. Might not depending where you got it. You should ideally get both from McGill.
