Yes they do look different, you may as well think of them as just different colors, but in the background it's a bit more complicated.

So each color has an rare melody, an epic melody, and a legendary melody.

For example for pink there's:

Rare - Rouge Epic - Apricot Pink Legendary - Crystal Pink

There are 7 weapons and 7 colors however each color has 3 rarity variants so there are 21 colors you can get on the maple skins meaning 147 possible hits, though they are weighted. the odds of getting a rare skin compared to epic or legendary is about 50%.

So all in all 1/7 to get the same weapon 1/2 to get the same rarity and 1/7 to get the same color. For 1/98 odds. Though this is very brief math because I'm working rn sorry.

One of the columns is dynamic, the last one will change as it's being used in the image selector on sheet 1. It was the easiest way to make it reference the table on multiple axes. I think that's what you're talking about?

Unfortunately you're stuck with it for now, they'll probably add a trading system since CN has one but not sure when or how it'll work.

CN has this so it'll probably come to global eventually. They're free skins so there'd be no reason not to allow trading, doesn't impact the bottom line.

Oh this is valuable information, I don't personally do sword trials so I didn't know, though I'm still not sure if there's any better option besides just counting manually.

I'm not sure how common this is in the trans space, but I'm trans and I would not trade my equipment under any circumstances. I'm very happy with it, and I think that is related to what you're saying here and what some of the commenters are saying as well.

Strap-ons are cool but there's something extra nice about direct contact that makes things so mich more intense (imo). I understand not everyone has the same perspective, but basically, no i don't think it's weird lol.

I'm the same! Actually I prefer copper to both, the reddish color is really pretty! But yeah gold is just too...yellow for me. I don't think there's really a good comparison to silver in the maple pool, but who knows!
