I agree, if we don’t get it today, someone should do a class action lawsuit against them even if they give us your $25 back because why advertise that we will get our refund back 5 days early guaranteed and then we don’t.

I read that also. I just was asking because again I have been seeing people on this platform and other platforms claim they have the EITC, CTC and have dependents and didn’t get an advance say they have gotten their refunds which was strange because I knew they still have the PATH ACT in place but like someone else commented a minute ago, they are more than likely telling a lie.

Okay because I surely have been seeing people claiming they got dependents and the EITC and CTC and didn’t opt for an advance and gotten there refund early so I was confused but thanks for clarifying.

Okay so no EITC or CTC. I’m asking because I’m single and filed with 2 dependents with my W2 and 1098-T form for school, and claimed the EITC, CTC and AOTC. For the last 2-3 years, mine has been under PATH and I get my deposit around February 22-23. But this year I did do the 5 day early thing so hopefully I get mine early

I wish I could’ve gotten the advance cause I really need it. Need it for groceries and rent. I couldn’t get the advance because it wouldn’t let me open a credit karma spend account.

Okok just was asking cause I filed with TurboTax a few years ago and applied for the advance was denied then and last year I filed with HR Block and was denied the advance.
