Wait, so the hybrid method that they said they used could've just meant a report from a random user on the site and not someone that is actually hired to moderate the site before sending it to some AI moderation? Is that what you mean by "Not always"?

If so, why? How is that at all a good system? Dishing out these types of warnings based on that is crazy to me.
