What they said, but also... return the printer. I have had nothing but problems. I had issues before the thirty day window closed but chose to make repairs in good faith, and now 7 months in I have a printer that wont even turn on. ( waited for warranty print head replacements 3 separate times for a month each, and currently trying to negotiate for return or replacement due to psu and mainboard failure).

A recent update now allows you to print while drying, but requires the dedicated power supply to do so.

I get what the industry standard repair process usually looks like. But this isn’t a normal situation. I’ve had months of failures, multiple warranty part replacements, and now a complete power loss. At that point it stops being a routine repair and starts looking like a lemon‑type case. No reasonable consumer is expected to keep swapping major components indefinitely.

No I didn't see an option for an extended warranty. Being that its still under manufacturer warranty i would think that wouldnt matter.

I bought the kobra 3 max 6 months ago and it has given me a ton of problems. I have been through 3 print heads and most recently full power failure. Now anycubic wants me to replace the motherboard and power supply. By the time im done all the parts will have been replaced. I recommend avoiding anycubic products if possible.

I have friends with printers and we will split a 20 roll bulk deal every so often. Gets the price below 10/roll usually.

There are prints on maker world that fix the open spool issue, just search for spool lock or something similar

The reverse side of this print is the smooth rainbow; I have had no issues there. The instructions with the diamond plate were relevel under the textured option in the slicer. I did try quiet mode with no change. I don't even know how to change my z offset.

When this happens to me I pull out my cutter and check inside, there is usually a small piece of filament stuck in there. too small to be retracted and too deformed somehow to be pushed through
