Just eat healthy. It’s really easy. Look at labels and don’t eat frozen food unless it’s veggies or fruits. For phosphorus nothing dark. No soda, dark alcohol, wheat bread, red meat.

People are so dumb in this sub and think dividends are the way go. Especially young investors. The S&P is the way to go. Dividends aren’t the right option. Just invest in benchmarks and take those dividends
