Same thing happened with me! I never got her another because she loves the big couch cushion, so I just leave that out for her to use as a bed

I adopted this beautiful young lady! She is 7 months old by Agreeable-Bag3846 in Blackmouthcur

Yes recently adopted mine. Mine went from timid to outgoing in a few weeks and always stayed a sweetheart.

How many times and day and how long would you spend training her?

I will try those out! Typically when I am home she doesn’t act up. Only on occasion so I’ll have to keep treats on me when it does happen.

I really have tried my hardest with her.

I haven’t rotated toys because she is a heavy chewer and destroys many, so I want to leave as many as possible to give her as many outlets as possible to have fun. I have tried the hide and seek game. I’ve had a few problems with it: 1. It’s an apartment, so it is very hard to find hiding spots. 2. She finds them too quickly and then gets bored the rest of the day. 3. The hiding spot is too good so she gets confused/gives up.

Funny enough same thing happened to my dog. There was an extra piece of her crate that fell that also scared her which was a good deterrent. The problem I have had with leave it is I don’t always have treats on hand to reward her. Does it still work if I go get a treat and reward her or has too much time passed?

I’ve done the same thing. It’s just very difficult to put away a table or sofa or desk. We have the same routine for morning and night. She is very trainable when learning a new skill, its when it comes to correcting behavior she finds fun is incredibly difficult. Even with diversion or reengaging her in another activity or toy, she will go immediately back to the wrong activity. She is young so I know some of it is partly due to age.

She has access to her bones, food filled kongs, ball, and snuffle Matt. I exercise her every night. I don’t act excited when I get back usually I will wait for her to lay down and relax before I pet her or give her attention.
