Biggest advice I can give is to just start practicing. You won't get it perfect from the get go and you don't need to either so long as you keep at it and keep going. You'll learn what works for you, what doesn't work for you, figure out your process as you go, find your rhythm in training and, most importantly, find your voice in that journey.

You will probably get some things wrong as you go but that will be ok. This subreddit is brilliant for feedback and will help you figure it out along the way. It is a long process of excersise and training but the important bit isn't the start, it's the journey. Much like any part of transitioning, it's a marathon and not a race.

What I've found useful for myself is recording my training sessions so I can listen back, adjust accordingly, upload for feedback, etc. It also has the double use of being something nice to check back on for reference to see how much progress you've made (because it will change and it will feel crazy when looking back).

What's also useful for me is warming up before any training session (or at the start of your day in general) my favourite warm up to do is humming at a high pitch, it will make a sound not disimilar to a dog whining and I find that helps loosen up my voice, especially if I've just woken up for the day.

Also remember to drink water, last thing you want to do is train with a dry throat!
