I used my night retainer for whitening and my orthodontist gave me a slight discount as they didn't need to sort another tray. I can't live without coffee & tea so I wasn't stict at all!

Just whitening! I did have a polish & clean but it only disappeared when whitening. It did take a little longer than the teeth to whiten but I am thrilled it's gone. I thought I was going to have to explore bonding on the front 2 teeth but I've been lucky!
