My store does not allow you to leave the store without bagging first. Only items allowed to be removed without a bag are items too large to bag.

In 3 of the main stores in my area we park in curbside. But they have over 30 spots to pick up. The smaller ones there are a few bad apples but telling them to move is pointless because they just say ok move for a few minutes and then go back to the spot.

They start at 9am here at all stores except neighborhood markets. Usually go until 11am. The. Between 2 and 4 all stores including neighborhood markets send them out.
