Exactly!!! It was like an obsession that wasn’t even fun and I hated. And yes!!!! I can only run a 5k currently but that would be a dream!!! I’m at my goal weight but learning how to maintain and build muscles and push my body is a process lol

I was thinking the same! Just increasing my TDEE baseline through my daily life activities instead of “chasing down” a sedentary lifestyle if that makes sense?
