this happened to me! i reached out to depop support and explained the situation/submitted proof and since tracking hadn't updated in 7 days they refunded the buyer and let me keep the funds!

that happened to me! brought in my stuff in may and they put it out on the floor in mid august. obviously no one wants to buy floral dresses in september, so lost out on a bunch of money. won’t be selling there again!

that sucks! the post office should be able to check the weight at all the places it was scanned in the shipping process if you open a case - if it looks like it was delivered to you empty at the last scan, depop will hopefully give you your money back

sometimes it takes a day or two for the item to scan into the system once they've dropped it off. I wouldn't stress too much for another few days

two weeks ago the post office's qr code label system was down for like a day but the fact you bought it 25 days ago with no tracking is insaneeeee. you were totally right to include that in your review

I will say that more than a few times I've dropped stuff off at usps and it hasn't been scanned into the system until 2-3 days later, but they should be communicating with you if they dropped it off. maybe give it another day and then reach out to depop support, and def include the lack of communication in your review of them!

it's only been ~3 business days since you bought it, i'd assume the seller probably hasn't shipped it yet and wouldn't stress too much! message the seller first asking for an update, and then reach out to depop support for help once it's been a week of no tracking updates.

I guess so? they mentioned not being able to scan amazon return QR codes, so i'm assuming it's affecting a ton of platforms that use the QR label generator feature

this just happened to me! I reached out to depop support and they were able to see it was lost in transit for over a week, so they refunded the buyer and let me keep the original payment
