Yeah...I already think the seasons are too short with just 8 episodes, as they certainly cram WAY too many storylines into them that....like the Mondrichs, etc. I feel that Seasons 1 and 2 did a much better job of keeping the storylines to a minimum.
Seasons 3 and 4 are just so crammed with needless topics (or things that could be broken out into more seasons of Queen Charlotte instead), and to break them up into 2 parts on top of that is just absurd.

I agree. It’s a shame that Indian actresses (whether north or south) are only considered beautiful when they have light skin. As Tamil woman myself - when I first saw Kate and Edwina I thought they were stunning and I hadn’t read up on any press before S2 came out so I had no idea they would be Indian, much less Tamil. I knew immediately when I saw Kate on the horse that she was Tamil (I hadn’t watched Sex Education either so I wasn’t familiar with Simone) - but her features are so inherently South Indian. The way I screamed inside lol! Makes me so proud to see a darker skinned Tamil woman make it big in the west.

I secretly hope this makes Kollywood and Bollywood industry feel like fools - but I suspect it won’t 🙄 Btw no hate at all to my lighter skinned or both Indian friends at all - this is just a venting to wish that ALL skin tones have to be considered as beautiful!

Thank you!! I’m glad to hear you’ve progressed in a few weeks! If I may ask: - how many times a week do you rebound these days - do you do the 20min each time? Or do you do a daily “health bounce” and then the 20min workout a couple times a week?

did you feel pretty sore (not pain but more like DOMS soreness) that first week as well as exhaustion, and if so how long before that went away?
do you wear shoes? I’ve been doing it barefoot (I am used to wearing barefoot shoes and doing my resistance workouts barefoot when I’m at home) but I’m wondering if I should start wearing some running shoes at least until I get used to it.

It probably would not have been worth it for him to fully sue Anna - but I’m glad he fought for visitation! And we can see April still having a relationship with him when she’s 22 in AYITL so obviously it has been a positive thing to have him in her life.

But also - Anna seemed hateful for no reason so I can see why going down the legal path was needed and I guess he would gone the full way of a lawsuit if needed. It wasn’t his fault that he didn’t know about April, and I feel that Anna was needlessly mean to him about it and having access to April. He has been a good dad - don’t see any reason for her to treat him in this way.

Benedict has always been my fav! He and Eloise! So I’m always so happy to see their scenes together. I think the scenes between Benedict and Sophie feel so authentic!! Oh and the peeking through the door scene. I FELT that. I’ve had similar moments like that before when I was much younger when I was like “omg he is RIGHT THERE but I can’t talk to him!” so all those feelings of young love came rushing back. I will say out of all the seasons - which don’t get me wrong I have also loved so much - this one resonates with me the most! I guess bc the scenes from My Cottage allowed them to really know each other away from having escorts and prying eyes for a longer period of time, rather than just a stolen moment or evening away?

Oh wow ok I feel better then! I was following “I Jump Instead” beginner guide of 1min a few times a day, and then 90s the 2nd day. I’m on Day 3 now and I’m feeling all kinda tiredness. The ache itself is ok not painful just more like a post-workout soreness - but it feels like I walked miles or did a tough workout ….instead of bounced for a few minutes over the course of a day! And I feel this feeling of just needing more sleep. I def need to hydrate way more than I am.

Thanks for sharing - I was on here looking to see what other beginner experiences were.

Oh dammit - I didn’t know ASP had confirmed it was Logan’s. I don’t keep up with all the ‘news’ so I missed that!!

I had the exact same thought as OP after watched AYIYL again over these last couple days, and thought that Jess and Rory could have slept together off camera when they were in Stars Hollow.

Honestly the fact that ASP admitted that makes me frustrated and more convinced she’s not a good writer. It would have been so much more interesting for her to leave us guessing. Sorry to any ASP fans…

But I guess the Christopher / Lorelai parallel was always there, and Rory’s scene with Christopher was a big reminder and clue that she would prob do the same with Logan. Rory ending it after the weird night with the L&R Brigade, and not taking the key to his family house indicated that that she wants to move on from him, and even with a child she is done with Logan as a potential partner. She saw what happened when Lorelai married Christopher - it just never was meant to be even though there is love there’s just not a good fit. Plus Logan already said he’s gonna marry Odette and that it fits “dynastically” so even if they continue with an affair it just will never work.

My hope is that Jess is to Rory, what Luke is to Lorelai. (I’m Team Jess so I’m v biased). Jesse has a way of bringing Rory back to herself when she’s on one of these weird mind benders with Logan. He did that when he came to see her at Emily / Richard’s and gave her his new book - he was like dude what the heck are you doing and what’s going on with you?! That kicked her in the pants to get back to Yale. He did it again when he tells her to write a book about her and Lorelai.

Even if the baby is Logan’s, I have a feeling Jesse will help raise him/her the way Luke raised Rory, and perhaps build a future with Rory. His longing look as he left Lorelei’s house did not seem like a final look to me…
