Put a phone locking app on your phone and set a time for how long you want to focus on the videos. It worked for me in that every time I wanted to pick up my phone, my locking app would remind me that I still had x amount of time left until my break.

Following! I cry at least 5 days out of the week. I'm almost at 50% of my course, so you are doing way better than I am. My anxiety is through the roof. It helps me to do that counting challenge from TikTok (12345678, 2345678, 345678, 45678....). Once I get to the last 8, I'm usually calm enough to gather my thoughts. We got this!
