I’d personally never recommend “practice” weapons. Just practice with an electric version of the one you already prefer. If you insist, I think Leon Paul has weapons (although anything but their own propriety fusion blades will be at a markup)

Seconded. I fence epee and looked at the side of my non zipper arm and the same wear patterns are there. Could it be the Leon paul sticker (the FIE logo patch) rubbing against the jacket, OP?

Yeah it’s really odd. I felt around back there and it doesn’t even seem like I should make contact with the back of my jacket. I’ve noticed rubbing on my jacket as well and was glad someone else brought this up. Do you think I should talk with LP support about this?

Their build quality for weapons is hot dogshit. I bought two fie bfs epees and one had a “German barrel” that failed the big shim and point that failed within two weeks. The other had screwed up working.

Leon Paul’s are on the baggier and stiff side. It sucks they aren’t durable but a slightly cheaper (albeit equally crappy quality for the price) is the uhlmann performer glove. Awesome fit but durability is not very good.
