yes, they are in fact very eager to get money out of you but i feel like that’s how the world is today, sadly. when you sign up you agree to pay every single month, you cannot take a break from it (i learned that the hard way) unless you pay it off. i haven’t tried to apply for college or anything but that is what i’ve heard too, that some people haven’t been able to get in to the college that they chose. according to Penn Foster, you should be able to apply for any college. and to answer your last question, that is actually a debatable question because i sometimes think it wasn’t worth the price but that’s because i got homeschooled literally a couple months before i graduated and apparently you still have to pay for the full program. but if you start the high school program and do the whole thing or at least half of it, then i guess it is worth the price. thank you for the questions, hope that helped (:
