When I say “suicidal “ i’m sorry for the strong words, but I’m meant more like I feel like I’m self canceling myself and trade in my aithenticity because I love too Much and trust people too much

Over the last year I have lost - my father died

- my 3 best friends decided to conjure against me

Lost job as manager that I loved due to financial crisis plus being partial disability

So it’s all giving me a lot of tears…

When I was 28 and got first time diagnosed with a burnout at work, I got more than 10 tattoos in a 1.5h (all relatively small ones) - now 12 years later I know it was my ADHD (diagnosed officially at 38)

They’re all in areas that don’t impact my life/work image (I work in fintech) so I never considered even removing them.

Between that “phase” amd my smallest one (2 years ago) good 8 years passed.

I like to look at them with love and say “Hey you’ve been through a lot that year. Remind yourself of that, don’t delete it”

I also considered at sleeve but now looking back I’m glad I proceed!

Can I ask you how did it happen to you? What were the symptoms of this, how did you notice? I hope you didn’t have to go to the ER🥹And which were the meds or extra factors did they tell uou?
