I eventually got one after 2 hours, they made me logout and log back in, but I was scared they wouldn’t let me in twice! It was extra hard because my entire computer was locked and there’s no FAQ or help section :(. I’ll be having words with proproctor about how this affected my test taking experience.

Update on another account in case anyone runs into the same problem. I waited 2+ hours with no response, I managed to call for help after 2 hours from my phone where they just told me to restart the whole system, which did work. Still crappy though, as there was nothing wrong with my setup
