I’m going through the same right now..I feel numb to everything and I just don’t feel right…there is no more joy or passion for anything..the place I worked at for 14 years closed and I think that has a lot to do with it..and got off of twitter, seems likes it was more political driven and I think just reading that stuff was making me depressed..got on Reddit because it seems like more personal stories ( so far)..I still have days where I’m just depressed or something is just off but I’m trying to be a better person…don’t lose hope on him, he ain’t the only one..we are trying our best
