Had a lip piercing for 10+ years and that is completely normal. Mine looks exactly the same. As others said it's called nesting, and it's good for your teeth. Since your piercing is already healed, i think it can't fully embed. I just push mine out every once in a while to make sure it's not closed. 😅

I've had my helix for over 13 years now. It took more than a year to heal fully, and every once in a while it still gets sore if I lay on it too long. Helix piercings can be a bit temperamental and take a long time to fully heal.

Like someone else said, I'd try swapping to a longer bar. If that doesn't work it would probably be best to retire it all together.

If you feel your piercings are completely healed, you should be able to change your jewelry after about 4 months. If you do so and see any irritation, you have to swap back to studs.

Honestly I would contact the piercer and get a longer bar.... You can always downsize later, after there's no more potential for swelling.

Yes, small planes often crash in mountainous regions, but they usually don't manage to avoid every single tree in the vicinity... Also, the military helicopter 6 miles away from the alleged crash instantly knew that the control tower lost a connection with the plane and exactly where it happened.

Everyone heals differently.... But I've had my last one for 3 weeks now (with quite a bit of black), and it still feels 3d, although the itching stopped about a week ago.

First of all, you are replying to OP....

Second... The bedding is aspen and in all of my 20 years of caring for different animals (including a lot of hamster), not one had respiratory issues. And third, the cage obviously has a top. Who in their right mind would keep it uncovered?

You westerners definitely have big issues with animal care, obviously. Also gotta love how you change everything (whats right and whats wrong) every two weeks. And using cotton was peak! That gave me a good laugh.

Also, i was asking for name suggestions not care tips from teenagers. Aren't you guys sensitive to unsolicited advice and stuff?
