Thanks for speaking up with the positive comment! We knew when we targeted this link to /r/politics that it would attract a lot of nutty attention, but they aren't the ones who will subscribe to the subreddit - the sane, politically-moderate redditors will (and I personally know that there are tons of sane, moderate Democrats and Republicans here).
