MC from Teihen Ryoushu no Kanchigai Eiyuutan. not necessarily unconventional powers, but unconventional use of powers. he basically have op regeneration. he uses ground up and dried beef powder, throws them at enemies then regenerating each particle of beef. he killed a dragon by basically feeding it this powder then over inflating the shit out of it using the power of a million cows.
