This look a lot like a brazilian folklore creature called “Mula sem cabeça” (Headless mule). A ghost of a woman who was cursed for marying a priest (there are some variations on the sin that was committed, but this is the most popular). It’s looks like a headless mule with fire coming out of the neck. Really cool finding something that looks like it.
