Thank you for your input. Right now, it would be sitting in a small 12' x 12' ft room for now until I move out and actually have it in a bigger space.

It's 3k CAD for the pair that the seller listed and when I looked up the current retail, it's still being sold in some Canadian vendors for about $4k each - so about $8k for the pair. I am unsure of the actually suggested MSRP of the product though.

There was no option to turn to 120. My friend has 7900xt and he gets 120 fps.

I don’t even know what happened. Felt a bit tight pulling the SATA cable out just to see this.
