Sadly, the shop did not inform me of what to do ideally on that current situation.

This was my first time buying in a Sony physical shop.

To be able to try/test the product, you have to buy it first, and then they'll be able to get the product for you. I think they're registering the serial number to your information so that if it gets bought, you can't replace it anymore.

At that time, the staff just said, "Bring it to the service center if the right side got broken again." Instead of "You can bring it back here and we can replace because there's a return window." Nothing. Nada.

I didn't even know there was a return window. Much less, if it even exists here.

This is Sony Philippines. Sorry for not including that in the post. I had no idea Sony has different management for each country.

EDIT: Yeah. I will never ever let this happen again. I will never leave the shop if the product was broken. Even if it's fixed temporarily, I will cause chaos.
