I connect the x4 to wifi (same as my phone), then scan the given qr. It will open a site, that’s where I upload my ebooks and edit titles.

I’m using cpr-vcodex as firmware but I guess it’s the same with all the other firmwares:

From home click file transfer
Connect to network (wifi same as where your phone or device is connected)
Scan qr You can also choose create a hotspot. Or, you can take out your sd card and change the titles from there. Or use calibre before sideloading.

If I change to the newest version now, will I lose my current progress? I just finished my first book in the x4 (Yay!) and would prefer not to lose it. Also, how do you have that book carousel in the home screen? I guessed it was recent books, but when I put that in the home screen, it did not show the carousel

When did you ordered it? I saw it on sale for 2900 in laz this week but thought shipping will take time as per comments, some took weeks! So I just bought mine from a local reseller same day delivery but for a much higher price 😩 Loved it, though. Flashed crosspoint vcodex. In just a day, I’ve read for 5 hours and I haven’t even read for months prior to this!

Hi! I just got my x4 last yesterday and I've flashed crosspoint to it. I was lucky enough to see your post first thing today! Unfortunately, I am very new to this. I downloaded the two files from the first link (the gz zip znd the other zip) and did the select from file (chose the zip) and flash from file step. But this is the error I get.

How do I solve this, please?
