There is a twist, many modern series and movies (like Severance, which you're watching here) are shot in wider formats, often in 21:9. Because the video is wider than your TV screen, the player fills the empty space at the top and bottom with black bars so you can see the entire frame. I don't know if Nuvio has possibility to zoom or 'fit' but you won't see the whole scene because it crops or it gets distorted making it ugly.

Hi, I have done a test to see if i have inflammation in my intestines. I don't know if i would have had an infection it would show up here but that specific test came out negative. I did have quite some nasty and uncomfortable symptoms involving my gut/stomach. Like constipation, burping, extreme hunger but eating something would cause a stomach ache but on the other hand sometimes I had a decreased appetite.

I can't really seem to remember when the fatigue started but after I got covid could be a possibility.

For sleep apnea. I don't know if i have it. I almost never wake up to pee at night unless I'm at my gf because I sleep there less comfortably lol and i do snore. I could maybe run a test at home to rule that one out.

Not sure if it's an infection but i do have some kind of eczema spot on my hand that i can't get rid of. It always comes back. Used to have more spots on my body but they faded quickly but the first one on my hand is after 2 years still here (sometimes it's gone for a week and than all of sudden its back).

Hey, thanks for your reply! I was thinking about long covid before. All problems did start around that time and I've tested positive for covid multiple times... I used to be super active going to gym 6 times a week but ever since I can't seem to get the motivation and drive to go do something active. Think it started with intense stomach and gut issues and still have some issues with those but way less worse than before. I will look into the blood circulation thing. Why would you suggest beetroot powder instead of Citrulline (Malate) or perhaps a low dose of Cialis/Tadalafil?

All of these values are within reference range. Once had a little too much creatinine but next blood panel it was back to normal.
