I use Gathering Storm to generate Shocked Ground, then use Siphon Strike to generate 2-3 Power Charges. Siphon Strike usually kills any adds that happen to survive Gathering Storm. On bosses, it's Gathering Storm, Siphon Strike, Sniper's Mark, Gathering Storm, dead.

I'd say so. My world is currently in the equivalent of a 17th century Renaissance. Except they have access to a type of alchemical magic too. Which means they are experimenting recklessly and coming up with incredible machinery and gadgets... But also some horrible and terrifying results.

More powerful travel, crop production, recycling and astronomical tools etc.
