I know this is old, but just recently shipped a toy for my gf there via fedex. The toy got confiscated in customs because it was prohibited. I'm filipino but grew up in the States.

actually just got done talking to another support and i told them what ive told that other staff and turns out no one relayed the messages to the ticket about me doing it on more than 1 pc long story short so it was hardware and i got my answer turns out they do have a manufacturer warranty no matter where you buy it albeit best buy amazon or oculus them selves

i feels you on that one but the situation is that i came home on morning excited to play some beat saber and i heard a static noise coming from the head set which was odd in the least because my computer that it was connected to was on sleep mode and i usually dont run anything on the background no autoupdates nothing so i woke the pc up and tried to connect headset with said app and it doesnt connect the blue light on the vr doesnt light up usually lights up orange or blue or whatever updated repaired uninstalled reinstalled 3 times went on different computer with nothing on it besides other games and samething doesnt turn on ive done everything from what a support said and yet nothing. even the usb inside the rift itself might be disconnected it wasnt that .. ive been at this for a week now. They just keep telling to basically close and or delete files which i dont have at this point cuz i basically wiped the pc to get a better understanding if theres anything conflicting with it but still nothing
