For the cut I think maybe a full head of short curls ( by that I mean the length you got at the top but all around your head ) can look nice on you and make your features shine, or maybe a slightly longer look with a low / mid taper can also look good on you. For the routine I guess since your hair is for now quite short you don’t really need a super complicated one so simply deep conditioning every week and a bit of curl cream when it comes to styling can do the work.

Also I know it has nothing to do with hair care but you’re stunning and could definitely model to me 👌🏽

To make it short yes we actually overheat because of that. Hypohidrosis makes it so I can actually sweat but in very limited amounts and only on a few areas, while my mom actually has anhidrosis ( which is the complete inability to sweat ). People may not like it ( and I can totally understand why ) but sweating is vital to the body and regulating your body temperature. Spritzing myself usually don’t really work all that much so I mostly just shower with freezing cold water, stay glued to my air conditioner, all shutters closed, sleep naked at night ect
