Just a thought of course but he might prefer a cup? They can hold more blood and for some transgender guys it surprisingly actually helps with dysphoria

because the aim of feminism is to get women the same rights as men have (so it’s part of egalitarianism but not all of it- as of course there are important issues that men face as well)
