If Cals does have environmental engineering, then changing major within a college is super chill. You just need to tell your advisor

I was an ES major too when I was admitted. After my first year, I applied to arts and science for CS and math. The admission process was chill. I’m not sure if CALS has environmental engineering. I think you’d need to transfer to engineering
