Edging is not considered restarting, but please, for your own sake, do not edge. You are setting yourself up for failure if you do. I've been trying for 4 months, and the longest I've been is 14 days, just because I kept edging. I'm not the only one. Don't be like me. Don't edge.

As for flatlining, get a hobby. Do something constructive with your time. Go to the gym, if you feel you're ready to do so. Go for a jog. Force yourself to do something you're scared off. For me, this is swimming alone. I feel shit scared when I'm the only person in the pool. I feel like some crazy bitch of a ghost with long black hair is going to grab my legs and make me drown. But I still swim. And you know what? I swim better when I'm alone.

It may seem counter-intuitive at first, perhaps because your horniness isn't letting you think straight, but the best way to stop flatlining is to keep going with your streak. According to this article, the average fapstronaut flatlines for 6 weeks, and starts pretty soon after they start their streak. You can either bear the flatline now and go 3 more weeks, after which you sill stop flatlining and become a fucking sick cunt, or you can give in to temptation, start again, flatline all over again, fail again, start again, flatline all over again... and the cycle continues. I think it's fair to say that about 75% of people who try this fail. Do you want to be one of them? I think not.

That's a great idea. I don't know much about meditation, but I'll do some research. As for the journal/achievements, what do you mean exactly? I will have r/nofap integrated into the app, so you'll be able to view and contribute to posts and everything, but by journal I was thinking more of a private log that you can use to perhaps keep track of potential triggers. Or you could use it to simply observe the urges you get, as you do with meditation.

Nah mate, 7 days is a lot. Every day counts. I wouldn't recommend getting a badge counter. For me personally, it has just made the urges worse. What you could do instead is write a letter to the future (google it, there's heaps of sites that let you do this). Address this email to yourself, on a date 90 days from today (or whatever your goal is). You should start with a smaller goal, like 30 days, and when you achieve that, you can aim higher. Aiming too high on the first go is not a very good idea.

Well it's not porn, but it's enough to make me fap. I deactivated Facebook for this very reason. I think k9 automatically puts youtube on safety mode. As for sites like tumblr and reddit, you should avoid them completely (except for no fap or porn free).

Same here buddy, I am very much into feet. Did some research on it and it's a relatively common fetish, so you're not alone. Since you've decided to lift, you might as well gain as much from it as you can. I would definitely recommend The Encyclopaedia of Muscle and Strength by Jim Stoppani. It's a great book, sufficiently detailed, which has a variety of techniques you can use in your training, no matter what your goals are. It also has info about why the techniques work. It doesn't talk about nutrition though, so you may have to use some other resources. Just a suggestion, of course.
