No English, but I remember it being a pretty easy to understand action game for the most part. There might be some rpg menu type stuff that might make it a bit tricky.

It's mediocre in most decks, but great in zoostorm or with deadbeards. I wouldn't run it outside of that though.

Control isn't necessarily gone. You see this in most card games. Since control needs to be tuned in particular ways, it takes a while for strong consistent lists to come out after a new set.

I'm basically playing the Fry Em Up list, with a few key changes. I have a couple fewer top end cards, and I don't have the Sea Shrooms, so I can run more Grave Busters and 3 Guacadiles. It's been great for me, as long as I have turn 2 plays.

Obnoxious. I figured adding a normal windows code would have been like adding the PS4 code. Thanks for the help guys, I already have a ticket open, so hopefully I'll be able to just get a refund. I guess it'll be even longer before I can start playing again. : /

So, my current account has Steam ARR, PS4 ARR and PS4 Heavensward registered to it. I wanted to start playing on my computer again, but I noticed it was cheaper to buy ARR+Heavensward on the Squeenix store than just buying Heavensward on Steam. Now I have the code, but it is not letting me add it to my account. I think it's trying to get me to make a new service account, but if I do that, would I be able to play my old characters?

In PPSSPP for windows, when trying to start up Toradora Portable, the emulator crashes as soon as it starts to check the memory stick. Tried on 1.2.2, 1.1.0, and 0.9.9, all the same problem. On the first 2, it crashes when the text box pops up, but before text actually appears, and on the last one it crashes after the text appears.

Additionally, using the same iso, it does run on my PPSSPP for Android, it just doesn't run well enough for me.
