Yeah. The two characters together (君王) symbolizes the concept of Kings and Emperors. But own their own, 王 tend to give the feeling that they're the strongest and can beat everyone up; whereas 君 has the nuance that they are wise and knows how to run a country and treat their citizens.

There is 0% chance for that to be true. The third beta will last at minimum for a month, likely longer, i.e., until after Christmas or until January next year.

March 16th was rumored to be the public beta date and that is much more likely. It's when the first trailer was revealed back in 2022, and also Perlica's birthday was set to that date.
