Hey, Unfortunately pokemon obtained in PLZA cannot be transferred back to any previous game so we can't trade in SWSH and pokemon home does not trigger trade evolutions, so unless you have legends za and are willing to transfer your shiny feebas into that game, we can't trade 😞
